 Nortec manufactures a wide variety of labels for Electronic Assembly (PCBs & Components) to enable automatic identification of the pcb or the component.
The Polyimide labels are made to withstand the extreme conditions of the reflow ovens where SMD components undergo their soldering process.
Nortec has a range of automatic loaders which adapt to all makes of SMD pick-&-place robotic loaders; placing customized ID labels on to the pcb either on the board or to component on the board. With auto-placement of labels, the pcbs are tagged with labels with customized ID data on to an allocated position on the board. Auto-placement eliminates errors in the ID management as well as reduces labour in this process.
Nortec’s system comprises the cartridge loader, printing labels and printer ribbons.
